Experienced technology executive with deep expertise in AI, cloud, security, and software engineering.
I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from UiT – The Arctic University of Norway.
I am a technologist and product leader with more than 35 years of experience across cloud, AI, security and scale-up operations — from hands-on coding to board-level technology strategy. What truly defines me is my drive to keep evolving: building better systems, learning faster, and exploring technologies that expand what is possible.
Few shifts have been as transformative as AI. In recent years I have led the adoption of AI agents in software development, introduced AI-powered onboarding and contract analysis features, and implemented frameworks for human-in-the-loop validation and compliance reporting.
Throughout my career I have held roles as COO in a high-growth scale-up, CISO establishing information security governance from the ground up, and CTO modernizing large monolithic platforms into cloud-native architectures. I remain deeply technical and pragmatic, focused on delivering real value — fast, securely, and with purpose.
I have worked in both public and private sectors and with organizations such as Signicat, DNB/Vital and Accenture. Today I serve as CTO at House of Control, part of the Visma Group.
Currently working on
- Pandora – AI agent orchestration platform. A multi-agent system where specialized agents collaborate via a delegate mechanism. All factual knowledge is obtained through tool execution, ensuring deterministic sources of truth. A monitoring agent continuously inspects system behaviour and automatically opens GitHub Issues when faults are detected. These issues trigger Claude Code to generate pull requests for fixes. An external MCP server exposes the agents to customers' own AI systems, allowing integration with their internal tooling. The result is not only a compliance platform with AI assistance, but a system capable of observing itself and requesting corrective action.
- Regulatory technology (NIS2, DORA, Vendor Management, compliance reporting)
AI Systems
Pandora is an experimental platform for AI-assisted compliance and software development workflows.
- Multi-agent architecture: Specialized agents collaborate through a delegate mechanism rather than a single monolithic assistant.
- Tool-based truth model: Agents obtain all factual knowledge through tool execution, ensuring deterministic and verifiable outputs.
- Self-monitoring behaviour: A monitoring agent observes system activity and detects anomalies or failures.
- Self-healing workflow: When faults are detected the system opens GitHub Issues automatically, triggering Claude Code to generate pull requests for fixes.
- MCP integration: An external MCP server exposes Pandora agents to customers' own AI systems, enabling integration with internal workflows.
The goal is not just AI assistance, but software systems that can observe themselves, report problems, and initiate their own improvement cycles.
