Experienced technology executive with deep expertise in AI, cloud, security, and software engineering.

I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from UiT – The Arctic University of Norway.

I am a technologist and product leader with more than 35 years of experience across cloud, AI, security and scale-up operations — from hands-on coding to board-level technology strategy. What truly defines me is my drive to keep evolving: building better systems, learning faster, and exploring technologies that expand what is possible.

Few shifts have been as transformative as AI. In recent years I have led the adoption of AI agents in software development, introduced AI-powered onboarding and contract analysis features, and implemented frameworks for human-in-the-loop validation and compliance reporting.

Throughout my career I have held roles as COO in a high-growth scale-up, CISO establishing information security governance from the ground up, and CTO modernizing large monolithic platforms into cloud-native architectures. I remain deeply technical and pragmatic, focused on delivering real value — fast, securely, and with purpose.

I have worked in both public and private sectors and with organizations such as Signicat, DNB/Vital and Accenture. Today I serve as Strategic Advisor and Innovation Agent at House of Control, part of the Visma Group.

Currently working on

• Concept initiator, strategic driver and key contributor in the Aurora project — a new AI-native platform for Contract Management and Compliance Management, designed to modernize core contract, compliance and regulatory workflows with built-in governance, traceability and AI-assisted analysis.

• Developing Pandora — an internal Trust & Assurance Platform for AI-assisted due diligence, compliance and assurance workflows. Pandora converts complex customer requests into structured, source-based responses by mapping questions to domain, scope and approved company knowledge. The platform combines authoritative knowledge bases, coverage assessment, AI quality checks, human review and full audit trails from customer answer back to knowledge base release, section and source.

• Driving the adoption of Harness Engineering as a structured approach to AI-supported software development. The approach combines feedforward controls — manifests, domain rules, architecture constraints and anti-patterns — with feedback controls such as tests, CI gates, static analysis, security scanning, review agents and calibration of agent confidence and coverage.

• Regulatory frameworks like NIS2, DORA, GDPR, AI Act, eIDAS are central across these projects.
